Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any
reason wish to cancel your purchase before it is shipped
you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must
advise us in writing of your cancellation at info@englishshavingshop.com.
If shipping has already occurred then you will be liable
for the costs of returning the goods to us unused.
We regret that because
of the nature of the prodcts that we sell we are unable
to accept the return of goods that you have used. In
the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the
goods on receipt you may return to them unused for a
refund, less the 15% handling fee.

credit card payments via the website and on request
will supply our banking details should you wish to make
